 the harmony class

A unique blending of yoga, pilates & personal training. The harmony class offers a comprehensive training approach to develop total body strength, flexibility & balance. Starting with your inner core and moving through a complete Mind/Body Workout - yoga, pilates & breathing principles are interwoven into each exercise. Workouts change weekly for lots of variety. Partner optional exercises are included in some classes. Classes include both flow & restorative yoga, pilates and simple meditation or breathwork. 

The yoga portion of class is an integration of Hatha, Iyengar & Meridian styles and may include vinyasa flow, standing poses, seated poses, mild inversions, and restorative poses.The pilates portion is based on the STOTT PILATES® Matwork repertoire and may include the use of small props such as small balls, circle, bands, etc... Benefits include increased body awareness, muscle tone, flexibility and core strength.

Evening Session: 7pm - 8:30pm (9) 90-Minute Classes ($270)  

Tuesdays: September 4th, 11th, 25th & October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th AND  Thursday September 20th.

Saturday Morning Session: 11am - 12pm (8) 60-Minute Classes ($160)  

Saturdays: September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th & October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Autumn 2018 Registration:

Whether you are just getting started with your fitness goals or are a seasoned exerciser - Join us!  Classes are co-ed, multi-level structure. Receive the personal attention & modifications necessary to stay safe while achieving results. Classes are session registration only. No Drop-In's. Space permitting, missed classes can be made up at the other class during the same session. If you are joining mid-month, class fees will be prorated.

Location: Private Wellesley Studio located on the Newton /Wellesley line with plenty of free parking. Centrally located, we are close to both Rte. 9 and Rte. 128. Address will be sent with schedule confirmation.

Registration Confirmation: Will be sent within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. A brief confidential health history & waiver (and Medical Release to exercise if necessary) must be completed prior to class.

Bring: A YOGA MAT, water & a small towel. All other yoga & pilates props are available on site.

All classes require a 6 person pre-paid minimum to run. 20% Student Discount with valid Full-Time ID.

Registration & payment deadline for both classes is Friday, August 24th.
