Weight Loss Group: Virtual (Telephone Classes)
This virtual class (by phone & email) provides accountability & group support around your weight loss goals. Develop a realistic food plan, learn how to set consistent weekly exercise goals & self care strategies to support your weight loss. If you struggle to stick to your food plan because of stress and emotional eating we will cover constructive tools for understanding what the real issues are and developing new healthier tools to take the place of managing things with food. Classes take place virtually by telephone - offering a high level of privacy and a flexible format. As fall schedules are often very hectic, keep the commitment to reaching your goals by calling in from anywhere worldwide. All classes will be recorded so class participants may listen again to review tools and meditations, or review materials covered if classes are missed. Fee: $360. *Student Discount Available.

Introducing Total Barre™
Barre began in the 1950s and provides a low-impact, full body, endurance workout set to music. Exercises are choreographed in short patterns to different songs so the workout moves quickly, providing a challenging cardiovascular foundation. Total Barre™ integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training, offering a fresh spin on this workout, designed for everyone – no dance experience required!
